Summer has finally arrived. Such a simple sentence with big meaning and feelings, especially this year.
I have always loved summer. This was true as a child and continues as a teacher. There are so many things I love about this time of year: longer days, bonfires, beaches, vacations, time with friends, etc. However, the BEST part of all has always been the books.
There aren't enough hours in the day to describe all the books I've read, characters I've fallen in love with, places I've traveled, mythical worlds I've explored and stories that have come to life and been woven into my life.
One of my favorite things is collecting a variety of books to read. This year's summer collection includes:
Picture books - so many great stories!
Audio books - great for listening while completing household tasks!
Book previews for kids
Educational Best Practice books
